Is there any harm from sports nutrition?
Just a couple of months doing sports, I go to the gym, I decided to put my body in order. But somehow there are no results yet, I heard that many people take sports nutrition, so I want to try. I found a sports nutrition website in St. Petersburg. But before I place an order, I want to ask if there is any harm from sports nutrition, what do you think?

And what results do you want to see in two months of classes? It is necessary at least half a year to work out, and hard, at least 4-5 days a week. Then you definitely do not need food such a plan.

Did you make this decision yourself? I mean take sports nutrition? You'd better consult with the same coach, then there will definitely be no harm.

These are professionals who take sports nutrition, and you, as I understand it, are just an amateur. I see no reason for you to take it, it is unlikely the result will be.

Danil, what kind of result do you want to get? First you have to understand it for yourself, sports nutrition is an extensive concept. You can take it in order to accelerate muscle growth, gain weight, dry out, for endurance, there are preparations for the joints, vitamin complexes, etc. What kind of goal do you set for yourself? I've been taking protein and BCAA regularly.
